All payments, transactions, and checkout data are securely handled directly by Elastic Stage. Final pricing (including shipping and applicable taxes) will be calculated and displayed at the Elastic Stage checkout.

Shipping Policy

As an on-demand release, production typically takes 2–3 weeks before shipping. Once your record is pressed and dispatched, Elastic Stage will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped worldwide via Royal Mail and trusted international carriers.

Returns Policy

If your record arrives damaged or has playback issues, Elastic Stage will provide a replacement. Please note that because each record is custom-pressed for your order, returns for "change of mind" are generally not accepted. Please review the specific terms on the checkout page.
